By purchasing and using OBS MCP Pro ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License

OBS MCP Pro is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the Product on unlimited machines you personally own or control
• Use the Product for unlimited personal and commercial streams and recordings
• Receive updates to the Product within the purchased major version (v1.x)

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the MCP server source code or the download Zip
• Use the Product in a competing product or service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. Intellectual Property

OBS MCP Pro is the intellectual property of Youichi Uda. OBS and OBS Studio are trademarks of the OBS Project. This Product is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the OBS Project.

4. No Warranty

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all environments. You are responsible for verifying your stream and recording setup before going live.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

6. Product Description

OBS MCP Pro is a tool that connects AI assistants to OBS Studio via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and obs-websocket v5. It consists of:

• An MCP server (TypeScript / Node.js)
• Bundled HTML overlay templates served from a local HTTP server
• An event-driven automation rule engine with an optional daemon mode

The Product does not collect telemetry, does not require an internet connection to function, and runs entirely on your local machine.

7. Support

Support is provided via Discord and email on a best-effort basis. We are a small team and response times may vary.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
